In order to control access to 595 Colorado, the property is equipped with a key fob access system at the front doors and courtyard entrance. Key fobs are required for access into the front lobby doors after-hours on Monday through Friday from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. as well as 24-hours on weekends and holidays.

In preparation for move-in, Building Management will program individual key fobs for after-hours building access. The following information will need to be provided for the cardkey to be issued:

• Last Name
• Suite #

Cardkeys are available for a once time, non-refundable activation fee of $25.00.

It is each tenant’s responsibility to notify Building Management of necessary name changes, additions or deletions. Please allow 48-hours’ notice for any changes.
