Tenant Insurance

Pursuant to the lease, tenants are required to keep a current certificate of insurance (COI) on file with Building Management. Refer to your lease for insurance requirements.

Vendor Insurance

All vendors entering the building must have an approved and compliant COI of file with the Building Management. It is the tenant’s responsibility to ensure that vendors scheduled for deliveries and work in the building maintain a current COI. A Sample Certificate of Insurance (COI) detailing the minimum coverages require and the necessary Certificate Holder and Additional Insured Names are herein enclosed for reference.
